During the holiday season of giving, the Allied Printing Services Charitable Foundation debuted our “Brighter Days Activity Book”, our second charitable initiative in 2020! This 56-page perfect bound book (no staples!), chock full of puzzles, games, coloring pages and jokes, is designed to offer children ages 5 to 12 a creative educational activity while “sprinkling a little sunshine” in their lives. Our deepest thanks goes to Carolyn Eiseman, CEH Design, for her thought-provoking and inspiring design. Heartfelt gratitude goes to our business partner, May, Bonee and Clark for their donation of crayon packs, sticker sheets and individually wrapped children’s toothbrushes, courtesy of their partner, Delta Dental.
Initial deliveries made for fun, festive photo events! Manchester Memorial Hospital plans to share their books with the ECHN Emergency Departments and Adolescent Behavioral Health unit. The Saint Francis Hospital Joan C. Dauber Food Bank is excited to provide their books to the many local children they serve each week, along with their “favorite food”. Our delivery to Connecticut Children’s will happen when the world is a safer place for their young patients. Brighter days are ahead!
